We operate a repair service for all equipment supplied by us. In addition, we have special service agreements with the following manufacturers, and hold a comprehensive range of their spare parts. This ensures that you receive the fastest and most efficient support when you are in need:

Our equipment repair service


If you need to contact us regarding a faulty unit, or wish to return it for repair, you can reach us 24 hours a day by e-mail on support@thummahr.de. To help us provide you with swift assistance, and with minimum bureaucracy, please use our service application form. Gathering all the required information together, briefly and painlessly, is very much in your own interest. You can return the form to us either by mail or by Fax on
+49 - 2173 - 967 400.

Please let us know when you contact us whether you wish to make a claim under warranty. On any occasion when you need to return equipment to us, please first obtain a RAI (Return Authorization Ident) to help us to guarantee a speedier service response.

Please make sure that you do not return any equipment to us without a RAI! We regret that we would otherwise have to invoice you for the additional administration overhead involved.
